To make sure you're covered under the Consumer Rights Act, as well as us being covered as a Service/Retailer, please see below our terms and conditions:

PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Once an order is placed by the buyer, it is deemed acceptance of the seller’s terms and confirmation of buyer’s purchase. In response, the seller shall immediately send the buyer an ‘order acknowledgement’.
This, however, is not a confirmation of acceptance by the seller. The buyer’s order shall be deemed as accepted and become legally binding only when the ordered item(s) is placed in the seller’s delivery van for delivery to the buyer. Till that time, it will be treated as order ‘under process’.

DISCREPENCY AND CORRECTION
In case of any discrepancy in pricing or billing identified between the time of buyer placing the order and placement of the good(s) in seller’s van for delivery, the seller shall retain the right to correct the same and will be binding on both buyer and seller.

AVAILABILITY
All items for sale are displayed on the seller’s website along with price, model, specifications and availability. However, it may be possible that between the time of order being placed by the buyer and shipment from the seller’s warehouse, the specific model may not be available. In such case, the buyer can exercise the option of placing an order for an alternate model or request a refund from the seller of the amount already paid. In case of latter, the amount shall be duly refunded to the buyer by the seller.

CONSUMER CONTRACT REGULATIONS 2013
This legislation offers certain cancellation rights when purchasing by telephone or online.
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish, providing that this is within 14 days after the day on which you receive your goods.
If you wish to cancel your contract you are obliged to keep possession and take reasonable care of those goods, until those goods have been returned to us.
To cancel your contact, you must inform us with a clear statement containing the details of your name, address, and order number, and, where available, your telephone number and e-mail address.

If you wish to cancel, you should Contact Us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange collection of the goods (a charge will apply) you will be reimbursed for those goods by the method used to pay for the original transaction. We will reimburse the amount in relation to the goods, to which the cancellation rights apply.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value for the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of any unnecessary handling by you. This reimbursement will take place no later than 14 days after we receive the supplied goods.

DAMAGED ORDERS OR MISSING ITEMS
In the unlikely event that when your product arrives it is damaged, or any items are missing from your order please e-mail us on one of our ‘contact us’ forms or call us immediately on 01934 522490
Please report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Please have the details of the damage or the missing items and we will seek to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. For damaged items, we will also require the serial number.
When you have opted for ‘delivery only’, our logistics team will only deliver the appliance/goods to your door or room of choice on the ground floor only, with suitable access. The unpacking of appliances is your responsibility. Should there be any issues, please refer to the procedure above in reporting damages/missing items etc. If you have opted for ‘installation’, our logistics team will unpack your item on the delivery van unless instructed not to do so. This means you have a chance to inspect the product and agree that it is in good order. If you instruct us not to unpack the item, we will not be held liable for any damage or missing items found outside of 48 hours.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
Once a product has been dispatched, if you choose to cancel your order we will not be held liable for the cost of the return carriage. The goods should be returned in full, complete with packaging and any promotional gifts or items associated with the goods.
We will arrange to collect your goods for a small carriage charge. We estimate this charge to be £30.We’re happy for you to unpack the item and inspect it properly, however, if you’ve used or installed it, we will only make a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product. Please note, this could be up to 50% of the price of the item.
Your refund will be made within 14 days of collection.
Returns will be completed within 14 days from notification of your wish to cancel.

REFUNDS PROCEDURE
We want you to be happy with your new purchase. If this is not the case, please inform us. We will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of any goods returned to us, or within 14 days of notification of your wish to cancel an order before dispatch occurs
We will refund the price you have paid for the goods. However, please note that we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by you handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
We will refund any delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the cost of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method).
We will refund you the price you have paid for any installation services providing they have not been performed. If however you have expressly requested us to commence any installation services before the end of 14 days, you acknowledge that the right to cancel such installation services shall be lost once installation has been fully performed. You shall not be entitled to a refund of the price of the installation services where the right to cancel has been lost.
We will notify you by telephone or e-mail when your refund has been processed, or where neither options are available, in writing.

PRODUCTS WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL, REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we’re unable to refund or offer an exchange. We’re unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
Before you buy a large electrical appliance: Please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access, (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners) as well as the proposed location, to confirm that the product is the right size for your needs. This is so that we can deliver your order safely and successfully.

We offer an installation service for most of the products we sell, but we won’t be able to connect your new items if:
Any electrical/plumbing supplies needed fail the delivery team’s testing or are unsuitable.
Any water supply needed cannot be isolated or is unsuitable.
Any drainage/waste facilities needed are unusable.
Mechanical adjustments are required to the item(s) to overcome such things as water pressure etc) Alterations to existing plumbing and electrical are required.

If you’re making use of a connection/installation service and haven’t opted for our disconnection service, please disconnect (and defrost if necessary) the appliance before we arrive.

GUARANTEE
All guarantee repairs are performed by the manufacturer or one of its appointed agents according to their term and conditions.
All appliances have to be registered with the manufacturer as specified in the documentation you will receive with your purchase,
This is your responsibility and we can not be held responsible for any failure of a guarantee due to this not being carried out or non compliance with the manufacturers terms and conditions.
The appliances we sell are designed for a domestic environment not a commercial one.
All the appliances we supply are new and will come with a minimum 1 year manufacturer guarantee.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

PRICING POLICY
Prices can be changed without prior notice. Price errors may not be honoured. We keep on top of prices as best as we can, however there may be instances the prices rise significantly, that we will be unable to swallow the costs.

Should you wish to bring an item back for return to our premises, we advise this to be done within our opening hours (8am-5pm Monday to Thursday. 8am-4pm Fridays) If you return your item out of hours, we will not be held responsible if your item is damaged by weather or other means. This will result in a reduction or possible no refund (depending on the damage)
